Heute starten die ersten löschung der Aufnahmen nach der neuen Regeln ab dem 01.10.2023
Neue Möglichkeit zur Sicherung der Aufnahmen
- Spieler haben ebenfalls die Möglichkeit, OneDrive als Standardspeicherort festzulegen.
Somit werden Xbox-Aufnahmen automatisch in den Cloud-Speicher hochgeladen und gehen nicht verloren.
Allerdings sollte dabei beachtet werden, dass OneDrive ein Limit von 5 Gigabyte kostenlosen Speicher aufweist.
Die jeweiligen Einstellungen können die Nutzer in der Aufnahmen-App vornehmen.
Die alte Regeln gilt nicht mehr
- Bislang standen den Nutzern rund 10 Gigabyte an Speicherplatz im Xbox-Netzwerk für ihre Aufnahmen zur Verfügung.
Diese wurden unbegrenzt gespeichert, sobald die Medien mindestens einmal manuell aufgerufen wurden.
Dabei konnten die benötigten Aufrufe auch von den Spielern selbst stammen.
Diese Regelung wird jedoch nun ab dem 1. Oktober 2023 nicht mehr gelten.

Natural Language Search
Natural Language Search helps players find the right game for them using conversational language.
This new search feature returns relevant results for queries such as "cozy farming games with fishing", "FPS games with zombies", or “puzzle games for kids”.
Natural Language Search can also handle misspellings, acronyms, synonyms, and other variations much better than traditional search services.
Thumbstick calibration for Wireless Elite Controller
- The thumbstick calibration tool in the Xbox Accessories app is now available for the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2.
This feature allows players to recalibrate the thumbsticks on their controllers to ensure they are functioning properly for the best gaming performance.

Just open the guide, head to Parties & chats, select Discord, then choose Direct Voice Chats to find the list of direct message channels you are able to join.

Store - Notifications
- We've added a new option within Store notifications for deals, including offers that are just for you.
You can choose to enable or disable deals notifications by opening Store, selecting your profile, then toggling Deals.
You can also adjust your device notifications preferences by visiting Settings > Preferences > Notifications, select Xbox notifications, then choose Store.
